Support throughout the entire lifecycle
Customer support begins during the design and installation phases and continues after system commissioning. Our team is available to troubleshoot any issues, to continuously monitor system performance and fine-tune parameters as needed. Authorized service, maintenance, and spare parts
For all our partners, Altera supplies spare parts. We are authorized service providers for Fette Compacting and DST Seibu Giken equipment. Our team of engineers and technicians offers preventive and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, inspection, calibration (particularly for FETTE tablet pressing machines), as well as preventive and corrective actions. Our support is designed to help clients maximize the use of their equipment, minimizing downtime and generating long-term savings.
