About us - Altera CROATIA

Altera in Croatia was established in 2018. by separating the Croatian market team from the parent team in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Guided by the logic and needs of the market, we subsequently established independent companies in the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro. Although legally completely independent companies, our teams throughout the region work closely together.

We have significant professional resources reflected in over 15 mechanical, technology and automation engineers, which guarantees a high level of expertise and dedication to each project. We are an experienced, but also dynamic team in which experienced, but also young and innovative associates are equally represented, distributed across multiple locations. From the very beginning, our services were focused on the pharmaceutical industry, and with the growth and development of the company, the client portfolio has expanded to include the food, specialty, cosmetic, automotive and other industries with specific needs. We approach each project in a unique way, focusing on the user, fully understanding the needs and requirements of the project.

We are especially proud of nurturing strong relationships, both externally with our partners and internally within the company.
